Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item to us. This includes any fees incurred during the return process.

Customs and Handling Fees

Please note that any customs, duties, or handling fees imposed by the destination country during the return process are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are separate from the initial shipping costs and are not covered by Aurelia.

By making a return, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for these additional costs. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being held, returned, or additional charges being applied.


Return Policy

Aurelia will accept items for return or exchange within 12 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • There is no visible sign of damage

  • All original packaging is intact

  • Any sign of damage will void the return eligibility

  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 12 days of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and non-refundable.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Intimate items (e.g. undergarments)

  • Sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases


Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or order confirmation email with your order number.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at info@aurelia-clothing.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the value of your return is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item without it.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that:

  • Refunds are only available for items returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items purchased at 50% off or more are not eligible for refunds


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 2–3 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement

  2. Contact your financial institution (processing times can vary)

  3. If still unresolved, contact us at info@aurelia-clothing.com


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@aurelia-clothing.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number.

Failure to report damage within this window may result in an ineligible return. We verify timestamps through carrier tracking and delivery confirmation.
